Chiang Rai, thanks to the famous White Temple, is one of the most popular destinations for visitors to Thailand. But did you know what else you could do there? Let's take a look!

Open to the public in 2016, it is much less frequented than the White Temple.
From 7am-8pm daily, visitors can enter the grounds for FREE.

Go early in the morning or stay the night before to get this view for your morning coffee. If you hit a jackpot, there will be cloud inversions!

Or The Black House, is culturally opposite of the White Temple
It is actually not a temple, but a museum, filled with lifelong art and woodwork collections of a renown artist, Thawan Duchanee.
Consisting of over 40 pitch-black wooden buildings in the Thai traditional style, it is quite a sight to behold.
